Refunds & cancellations
This policy applies to professional engagements with Page Bloomcore for real estate portfolio reporting and occupancy analytics. It does not cover products, software subscriptions, or goods we do not sell.
When fees are confirmed
A deposit or milestone schedule is stated in the written brief after you accept scope and fee. Website starting prices are guidance only.
Cooling-off before work starts
If you cancel in writing before we begin document intake, we refund deposits in full within 14 business days by the original payment method where possible.
After work has started
Once intake or field preparation has begun, refunds are partial and reflect work already performed, including hours spent on reconciliation, drafting, and scheduled briefings that cannot be reassigned on short notice. Materials purchased specifically for your engagement (for example, couriered plan copies you requested) are non-refundable.
Full refunds
A full refund of amounts paid for an engagement may apply if we cancel for reasons within our control and cannot offer a suitable reschedule within a reasonable time.
Partial refunds
Partial refunds may apply when you cancel mid-engagement, when building access is permanently withdrawn by co-owners after kickoff, or when scope is reduced by written agreement. We document remaining work and fees in writing before processing.
Non-refundable items
- Completed deliverables already issued (reports, briefs, packs)
- Briefing sessions already held
- Third-party costs incurred at your written request
Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule a briefing once without fee if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling charge stated in the brief.
No-shows
If your nominated attendees miss a confirmed briefing without notice, that session counts as delivered. A replacement session may be booked at an additional fee.
Quarterly packs
Quarterly Portfolio Pack retainers renew each quarter unless cancelled in writing at least ten business days before the next quarter begins. Fees for a quarter already in preparation are not refundable.
How to request a refund
Email info@page-bloomcore.click with your engagement reference, reason, and preferred contact. We confirm eligibility within ten business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days thereafter.
Processing time & method
Refunds use the original payment route when the provider allows it; otherwise we arrange bank transfer to an account you nominate in writing.
